This very large apartment has plenty of space to entertain, or for a family and friends to relax and party - and have lots of private space too. It is beautifully furnished and decorated in neutral colors with a wide variety of art, many paintings with an Argentine theme, some ceramics and some exquisite textiles from the indigenous peoples of the faraway provinces. The elevator from the entrance foyer of this modern building takes you to your exclusive foyer – no other apartment is at this level – and your front door opens onto an inner foyer in this very special place. Gleaming floors, and plenty of light through the wall of sliding glass doors, which open onto the balcony, welcome you into an awesome space.

The sitting area of the main room can accommodate 8 people in comfort, there is an L-shaped sofa, an armchair with a floor lamp for reading, 2 additional chairs, a square coffee table, and 2 end-tables beside the sofa –each with a lamps. This grouping of furniture is on a rug opposite a credenza which has the TV and sound system. The doors to the balcony are sound proofed to keep out any traffic noise so the whole apartment is a sanctuary in the height of summer and, for those pleasantly cooler evenings, there is a table with 4 chairs on the large, covered balcony where you can enjoy refreshments or a meal. The views are of the greenery and plantings of the British Ambassador´s Residence in Buenos Aires.

A smaller reading area with 2 comfortable chairs and a table and good lamp separates the sitting and dining areas of this main room. A quiet spot with some English language books to enjoy.

The dining area has an Argentine designer hardwood table and 8 chairs, a side serving-table, and good, suspended lighting on a dimmer for atmosphere. From here there is a door which leads to the kitchen.

The kitchen is large and very modern. It has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and overhead and under cabinet lighting, as well as tiled floor and walls. There is a large windowed area at the end of the room with a round, glass-topped, breakfast table and 4 chairs. There is everything here that the chef will need, a wall oven, a microwave, double sinks, a coffee maker, a gas hob and hood, and a dishwasher. There is also an additional sink and washing machine.

Off the kitchen is a separate business office with good sized desk, an office chair and a lamp, WiFi, and plenty of additional storage. There is also a half bath next to the office.
